Quick Indexer Intro

This guide walks you through the standard Quick Indexer workflow — from creating a project to celebrating indexed URLs in Google Search.

1) Create project​

Go to the Projects section and create a new project using the Add button.

2) Import URLs​

Open your project. You have multiple ways to import URLs:

  • Project subsection: URLs
    • Add URLs manually via Add or Add Multiple.
  • Project subsection: URL Imports
    • Create a new import from Sitemap, Product Feed, RSS Feed, or TXT/CSV file.
    • Click Run to start importing URLs from the source.
    • After a few minutes, URLs appear in the URLs subsection and import status is updated.

3) Analyze indexing status​

Analyze which URLs are already indexed by Google and which are not.

4) Select URL groups for action​

Choose URL groups where you want us to send Googlebot:

  • add URLs to Google index
  • remove URLs from Google index
  • refresh content in Google index

5) Wait for Googlebot visits​

Give it a couple of days for Googlebot to visit the selected URLs.

6) Monitor progress​

Monitor indexing status and Googlebot visits sent by us.

7) Celebrate 🎉​

Celebrate successful indexing of your URLs in Google Search.
